Frozen Mango Puree is a natural product with a soft appearance, homogenous, unfermented, that is obtained by separating the seed and the peels from the edible part of the harvested mangos in optimal maturity conditions. Mango puree is mainly used to make deserts, juices, nectars, and ice creams.
